10 flour tortillas
10 milliliters of olive oil
15 grams of unsalted butter
1 garlic clove
1 onion
3 chopped tomatoes
250 grams of grated cheddar cheese
a bunch of coriander
thin grams of chipotle paste
5 grams of oregano
2 grams of ground cumin
2 grams of ground coriander
2 grams of smoked paprika
1 gram of cayenne pepper

1 shredded gem lettuce
100 milliliters of sour cream
100 grams of guacamole

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Add unsalted butter and let it melt completely.
