500 grams beef mince
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons crushed red chili
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons oregano
2 cups water
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 bell peppers, cubed
4 green chilies, sliced
1 cup kidney beans, boiled
4 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
1 large tomato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 tablespoons ranch sauce
1 cup frozen French fries
1 teaspoon salt for fries

Heat 5-6 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add 1 large chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add 500 grams of beef mince and cook until browned.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of crushed red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 2 tablespoons of oregano.

Add 2-3 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the water evaporates and the beef is cooked.

For the salsa, grill 3 tomatoes, 1 large onion, and 4 green chilies in a pan with a little oil for about 7 minutes.

Chop the grilled vegetables and mix with 6 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ cup of Kashmiri chili paste.

For the ranch sauce, heat 5-6 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add ½ cup of tomato paste, 4 green chilies, and 1 teaspoon salt, cooking for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables by frying 1 cup of mushrooms, 2 bell peppers, and 4 green chilies in a pan with a little oil for 30 seconds.

Assemble the burrito by placing the beef filling, sautéed vegetables, and ranch sauce on a tortilla, folding it securely.

Pan-fry the assembled burrito in a little oil until golden brown, or bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
