Chicken Guinness Stew

4 large chicken breasts

Mix all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Dust 4 large chicken breasts with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken breasts, cooking until browned on both sides.

Remove chicken and add 2 chopped red onions to the pan, scraping the bottom to release flavors.

Add chopped carrots and chopped celery to the onions, stirring for about a minute.

Pour in Guinness beer, stirring to combine, and bring to a boil.

Return the chicken to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and add minced garlic.
