200 ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
400 g can of drained chickpeas
fresh coriander for garnish
toasted peanuts for garnish
lime wedges to serve
