2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil

Take 1 cup quinoa and add 1.5 cups water.

Add salt (optional) and close the lid.

Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame until water evaporates and quinoa turns transparent.

Prepare the dressing in a small jar: add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a little salt.
