Brew cold brew coffee using 150 grams of coarse ground coffee and 1 liter of cold water, steep for 12 to 14 hours, then filter.
For cold brew tonic, fill a medium-sized glass with ice to the top.
Pour 100 to 120 milliliters of tonic water into the glass.
Slowly pour 60 milliliters of cold brew concentrate over the tonic.
Add citrus garnish like grapefruit or lemon if desired.
For cold brew and berries, smash 20 grams of frozen raspberries or forest fruit in a shaker.
Add 80 milliliters of cold brew concentrate and 45 milliliters of cranberry juice to the shaker.
Add ice cubes and shake the mixture, then strain into a small glass, garnishing with rosemary.
For milky cold brew, add 120 milliliters of coconut milk or whipping cream to a shaker with ice and 100 milliliters of cold brew concentrate.
Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice.
For cold brew negroni, mix 60 milliliters of cold brew concentrate, 50 milliliters of gin, 50 milliliters of Campari, and 50 milliliters of sweet vermouth in an old-fashioned glass with ice.
