Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine 4 room temperature eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste, mixing well.
Add 2 cups of granulated sugar and mix until incorporated.
Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and add it to the mixture along with 1 cup of milk.
Incorporate 1 cup of Salvadorian sour cream and 2 cups of reison cheese, ensuring no lumps remain.
In a separate bowl, mix 3 cups of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until no rice flour is visible.
Prepare the baking dish with non-stick baking cream.
Pour half of the batter into the baking dish, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Pour the remaining batter into another baking dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top again.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before removing from the baking dish.
