Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Finely chop fresh cranberries and place them into a container.

Chop two jalapenos and add them to the container.

Add a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar to the container.

Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture, being careful to avoid seeds.

Chop green onions and add them to the mixture.

Cover the container and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

After about five hours, assemble the spread.

Spread two packages of Kite Hill cream cheese on the bottom of a serving plate.

Using a fork, place the cranberry mixture on top of the cream cheese, trying to minimize excess juice.

Serve with your favorite crackers.
