all-purpose flour

Grate the coconut.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt to the ingredients.
Knead the mixture into a firm ball.
Place the dough on parchment paper and bake in the oven at about 300°F for at least an hour.
While the Doughboy is baking, boil codfish.
Saute onions and garlic, then gradually add tomatoes.
Add peppers and fresh herbs, then add the codfish and let it cook for a few minutes.
Prepare cocoa tea by dropping a piece of cocoa stick into boiling water with bay leaf.
Add sugar and evaporated milk to the cocoa tea and stir.
Strain the cocoa tea and serve.
