Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan and add flour.

Stir until a roux forms.

Add milk, salt, and cheese and mix until completely melted into a sauce.

Add sliced jalapeños.

Pour sauce over cooked pasta.

Put half of pasta into skillet and add half of kimchi.

Top with remaining pasta, more kimchi, cheese, and scallions.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Finish with jalapeños and cilantro.
