In a pan, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 20 cherry tomatoes cut into half.

Once all ingredients are in the pan, turn on the flame to low and cook until the tomatoes are slightly soft.

Add salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of olives rind to the mixture, slightly mashing the tomatoes as you cook.

Take a whole wheat thin crust pizza base (or pita bread) and crisp it in the oven if desired.
