Mix 110 g of Elevate Protein flour with a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to create a self-rising flour.
Measure 100 g of non-fat Greek yogurt and mix it with the flour mixture.
Add Italian seasoning to the dough mixture, but skip nutritional yeast as it's not preferred.
Flour a clean surface and knead the dough until it is combined, adding a touch more yogurt if necessary.
Wrap the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb moisture.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Shape the rested dough into a pizza shape, starting from the middle and rotating outward.
Oil the baking pan lightly before placing the dough in it.
Cut mozzarella sticks into pieces and place them in the center of the dough to create a stuffed shell.
Fold the dough over the mozzarella sticks to seal them inside.
Top the pizza with sugar-free barbecue sauce, pre-cooked chicken, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Add red onion slices on top and brush the edges of the pizza with olive oil.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 400°F (204°C) for 20 minutes.
