Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Stir in diced carrots and bell pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Add broccoli florets and peas; continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Push vegetables to the side of the skillet; add cooked rice to the center.
