In a bowl, combine half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, a quarter teaspoon of celery salt, slightly less than a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, slightly less than a quarter teaspoon of Chinese five spice, half a teaspoon of granulated sugar, and ground ginger.
