Homemade Instant Chicken Ramen

Mix the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles with water and set aside.
In a bowl, combine half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, a quarter teaspoon of celery salt, slightly less than a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, slightly less than a quarter teaspoon of Chinese five spice, half a teaspoon of granulated sugar, and ground ginger.
Mix the seasoning until there are no clumps.
Measure out four cups of water and add six teaspoons of broth-based seasoning to it, then mix well.
Prepare the noodles by opening the package and noting they are ready in two minutes.
Trim any fat from the chicken cutlet and thinly slice it into small pieces.
Turn on the Ninja Foodi to sear/saute on high and add about a teaspoon of olive oil.
Add the sliced chicken to the Ninja Foodi and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add four cups of water to the Ninja Foodi with the cooked chicken.
Add the mixed seasoning to the water and whisk to combine.
Add sliced green onions to the pot.
Add a quarter teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce, tasting the broth first to determine if it's needed.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then add the ramen noodles.
Set a timer for two minutes and cook the noodles in the broth.
Once the timer goes off, turn off the Ninja Foodi and serve the ramen in bowls.
