Pounded Breadfruit

1 medium-sized breadfruit
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the breadfruit in half and remove the core and seeds.

Place the breadfruit halves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
