Orange Smoothie

2 oranges
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Using a chef’s knife, cut off the top and bottom of the peel of the orange.

Go down the sides, trying to keep as much of the flesh intact as possible. (This removes all the white pith and the fibrous membranes leaving the juicy flesh inside). Cut the orange into chunks.

Add cut oranges, milk, yogurt and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
