Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.
  3. 3Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
  4. 4Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  5. 5Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and close the lid.
  6. 6Grill the ribs for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until they are tender and cooked through.
  7. 7During the last 15 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  8. 8Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  9. 9Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.

Instructions

  3. 3Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  5. 5Place the vegetables on the grill in a single layer.
  6. 6Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have grill marks.
  7. 7Remove the vegetables from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
  8. 8Serve warm as a side dish or as a topping for salads or sandwiches.
