Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the sauce.
Add sliced pepperoni if desired.
Drizzle melted unsalted butter over the toppings for extra flavor.
Sprinkle Sicilian oregano over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
