1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable broth

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add diced carrots, peas, and corn to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the cooked lentils, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well and add vegetable broth to moisten the mixture.
