Separate 3 eggs into yolks and whites.

Whip the egg yolks with 75 g of sugar and 5 ml of vanilla extract until pale yellow.

Add 40 ml of milk to the egg yolk mixture and mix until smooth.

Sift 65 g of all-purpose flour into the egg yolk mixture and fold it in with a rubber spatula.

Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then add 25 g of sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
