Cauliflower Potato Salad

1 lb frozen chopped cauliflower
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
1/2 cup light mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup celery, chopped

Steam the frozen chopped cauliflower and run cool water over it to cool down.

Dry the cauliflower on a paper towel and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Add the chopped cauliflower to a bowl.

Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.

Add chopped dill pickle and chopped celery to the bowl.

Add light mayo and dijon mustard to the bowl.
