1 large cauliflower
4 boiled eggs
2 spoonfuls mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
pickle relish (optional)
pickled jalapenos (optional)
horseradish (optional)

Chop cauliflower into florets and smaller pieces.

Use a steaming basket to steam the cauliflower until semi-cooked but still crunchy.

Boil 4 eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes.

Run cold water over boiled eggs and peel them in the water.

Separate egg yolks from whites and chop the whites.

In a bowl, mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, chopped jalapenos, horseradish, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
