Roasted Baby Potatoes with Garlic, Rosemary

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half if they are larger than a bite-sized piece.
In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
