Roasted Baby Potatoes with Garlic, Rosemary

2 lbs baby potatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
