Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles.

Chop 1 onion finely and set aside.

Brush off dirt from 120 g of crimini mushrooms and slice them.

Boil the pasta according to package instructions for 9 minutes.

In a sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, onions, and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Sauté for about 5 to 6 minutes until the onions and garlic are fragrant.

Transfer the sautéed onions and garlic to a blender.

Add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup water, and 1 tbsp hemp hearts to the blender.
