Prepare a cup lined with Saran Wrap.

Spoon some tuna salad (made from canned tuna and mayonnaise) into the prepared cup.

Make a hole in the rice, about 3/4 through, to hold the tuna salad.

Fill the hole with the tuna salad and press it down gently.

Cover the tuna salad with the rice, ensuring it is compact.

Use the Saran Wrap to help shape the rice into a ball, squeezing it tightly.

Add a little seasoning on top, such as seaweed seasoning.

Peel off the Saran Wrap and serve.
