300~350g chicken thigh
200g onion
1 cluster of hiratake mushrooms
140g frozen spinach
20g butter
3 tablespoons flour
350cc milk

25g pizza cheese

Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.

Tear the hiratake mushrooms by hand.

Cut the chicken thighs into smaller pieces.

In a frying pan, add 20g of butter, chicken thighs, and salt and pepper, and sauté.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the onion and sauté until it becomes soft, then add the hiratake mushrooms.
