1/4 cup diced dill pickle
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Vegan cheese (Earth Island cheddar and mozzarella slices)
Gluten-free vegan bread (Little Northern Bakehouse plant-based gluten-free bread)

Rinse and drain 1 can of cooked chickpeas, saving the aquafaba.

In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until they reach a tuna-like texture.
