Start the fire with a lot of wood to create ambers.

Cut the piglet lengthwise and spread the legs and shoulders.

Attach the pig to the rotisserie using wire for the arms, legs, head, and belly.

Place the piglet onto the rotisserie and start cooking for 15 minutes with full ambers directly under it.
