Punch down the dough and shape it into a ring, placing a hidden figurine inside.
Place the ring on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush the dough with egg wash and decorate with candied fruits and almonds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
