Zucchini Gratin

4 medium zucchinis
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 lb hashed meat
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup milk powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 medium sweet pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup strong shredded mozzarella cheese

Place raw zucchini in water and add salt.

Boil the zucchini until they become tender.

Cut the zucchini in half and place them in a Pyrex dish.

In a pan, melt butter and add chopped onions, cooking until they have a nice color.

Add hashed meat to the pan, breaking it into small chunks, and season with salt and pepper.

Add a bit of tomato paste to the meat mixture.

To make the bechamel sauce, combine milk powder and flour in a pot and whisk together.

Add water to the mixture and stir well over medium heat.
