Remove water from the surface of the tomahawk steak.
Sprinkle salt on the steak and rub it in with hands.
Let the steak sit for 45 minutes or refrigerate it.
In a preheated pot, add 20 g of butter and let it melt.
Add spinach to the pot and cook until wilted, possibly in batches if necessary.
Chop half an onion and prepare about half a cup of Granapado cheese.
In the same pot, add garlic (4-5 cloves) and onions, and fry until they change color.
Pour in 150-200 ml of fresh cream and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the wilted spinach and Granapado cheese, and boil to increase viscosity, adding mozzarella cheese if desired.
Prepare vegetables: halve 8 mushrooms, slice yellow and red paprika, clean asparagus, and mini cabbage, and tomatoes.
Toss the vegetables with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat a large frying pan and add enough oil to cover the bottom.
Heat the pan to 200-230 degrees Celsius before adding the steak.
Cook the steak for about 1 minute on one side, then flip it over.
Adjust the heat to medium and continue cooking, flipping every 30 seconds to 1 minute for a total of 4-5 minutes, checking the internal temperature near the bone.
When the internal temperature reaches 45-50 degrees Celsius, turn off the heat and add butter to the pan, basting the steak with it.
Let the steak rest for 3-5 minutes at room temperature before slicing.
Remove the vegetable garnish from the oven and plate it alongside the steak.
