Prepare the chicken franks by slicing them into small rounds and frying on low heat, seasoning with garlic and black pepper.
Slice the green onions, scotch bonnet peppers, and fresh tomatoes, de-seeding the tomatoes.
In boiling water, add washed honey beans and allow to boil. Remove from heat and wash the beans in cold water to remove preservatives.
Continue cooking the beans in boiled water, adding salt and onions for taste. Cook until beans are about 80% done, then turn off the heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the fried chicken franks, brown sugar, sugar syrup, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, chili pepper, black pepper, seasoning cube, and scotch bonnet pepper. Mix well.
Add some extra water to the mixture and transfer everything to an oven tray.
Garnish the beans with sliced white onions and tomatoes, then bake for 40 minutes.
After baking, add some vinegar and allow to stay in the oven for 2 more minutes before removing.
Garnish with spring onions, mix everything, and serve.
