Combine whole wheat flour, salt, and seeds in a mixing bowl.
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add honey.
Mix the yeast mixture into the flour mixture.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Let the loaf rise again until it reaches the top of the pan, about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the loaf for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.
