2 pounds (900g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Paprika powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
3 tbsp Olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of Oil for cooking
1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Lemon zest
3 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (chopped) or dill
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
3-4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 English cucumber (small dice or grated)
Pita bread or naan

Marinate the chicken thighs in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chilli powder, oregano, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garlic paste, onion powder, paprika powder, cinnamon powder, and olive oil for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and place on a baking tray.

Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped coriander or dill, olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, red chili powder, and diced or grated cucumber in a bowl.
