In a small pot, add 4 New Mexico or guajillo chilies and 2 Chile anchos, cover with water, set on high heat, and bring to a boil.

In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and salt.

Coat 2 pounds of steak, cut into thin slices and strips, with the seasoning mix.

In a pot over medium-high heat, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil until hot.

Add 1 green bell pepper and 1/2 onion to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes.
