Cut 1/2 red bell pepper into strips, then dice it into small pieces.
Cut 1/2 onion into strips, then dice it into small pieces.
Slice 3 cloves of garlic into thin rounds.
Peel 3 potatoes and 'crack' them by inserting a knife and breaking them apart.
Dice 1 tomato into small pieces.
In a pressure cooker, heat a good splash of oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced garlic to the hot oil to brown.
Add the diced onion and sauté until it changes color and becomes soft.
Add the diced bell pepper and sauté until it softens further.
Add the diced tomato and stir until it becomes soft.
Add 1 teaspoon of paprika and stir well.
Add 500 grams of diced beef and stir until the meat is sealed and changes color.
Add the cracked potatoes to the pot.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of beef concentrate in a cup of hot water and add it to the pot, along with enough water to cover everything.
Add salt to taste and stir well.
Close the pressure cooker and wait for the pressure to build up, indicated by the valve rising and releasing steam.
Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes for very tender meat, or 10-12 minutes for less tender meat.
Serve in a dish and enjoy.
