Vanilla extract is more commonly available and less expensive.

Blend 1 cup of chunks of fresh pineapple in a blender.

Add 1 can (400 g or 14.5 oz) of coconut milk to the blender.

Add 1 can (387 g or 14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk to the blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Add 2 tablespoons of dark rum to the mixture (optional for kids).

Add 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut flakes to the mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture into molds (or plastic cups) and wait for them to set before inserting sticks.

Freeze the molds overnight.

Unmold the pops and enjoy.
