Instructions

  1. 1Prepare pizza dough and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  3. 3In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ham, spinach, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil until well combined.
  4. 4Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a circle on a floured surface.
  5. 5Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a border.
  6. 6Fold the other half over the filling and crimp the edges to seal tightly.
