2 cups butternut squash puree
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup Marone cheese
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups fresh pasta dough
1 large egg
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat Sage butter in a skillet until melted.

Add diced onion and garlic, sweat for about 1 minute.

Add butternut squash puree, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Turn off the flame, mix in Marone cheese and a dash of nutmeg, let cool.
