Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 whole bulbs roasted garlic
0.5 tablespoon minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
8 ounces rotini pasta
4 tablespoons butter (optional)
3/4 cup chicken stock (or water)

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in the inner pot of the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker set to sear sauté mode.

Add 24 ounces of cubed chicken breast to the pot and season with 1.5 teaspoons of fine grind sea salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well.

Brown the chicken for about 3 minutes without stirring to allow it to sear.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir it into the chicken, then let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Introduce 4 whole bulbs of roasted garlic into the pot.

Add 8 ounces of rotini pasta to the mixture.

Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and add it to the pot (optional).

Pour in 3/4 cup of chicken stock (or water) and mix everything together.

Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook for 4 minutes with a 10-minute natural release.
