1 instant three mix tapioca dessert
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Mix agar powder and stir in boiling hot water, then pour it into a tray to cool down for at least 3 hours.

Boil 2 1/2 cup of water. Add Instant Three Mix Tapioca Dessert and Salim Thai Mix a bit then leave it in for 15 minutes.

To make coconut milk syrup: Boil 1 1/2 cup of water and melt palm sugar and let boil. Add 1 can of coconut milk into the pot and then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Put syrup aside and let cool down for 20 minutes.

Use a wavy dessert cutting type knife to cut jello into long slices. You can use a regular knife, the wavy knife is just for the design.

Drain the syrup from the fruit cans and pour all the fruits into a bowl with the sarai jello.

Strain the tapioca dessert and salim thai. Then pour it into cold water then strain it back out of the cold water and pour it in with the desserts.

Add the coconut milk syrup and mix.
