1 teaspoon red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriender powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 large oninon sliced
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon fried onions

whole garam masala- bay leaf
whole garam masala- cloves

First heat the ghee in a pan and add whole garam masalas. When crackle comes add the onion and ginger garlic paste.

Saute them until they are golden brown.

Add little water and all the dry ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes.

Then add the bird meat. Mix them well and cover it for 10 minutes. Do not add extra water. Check every 5 minutes.

Cook until the meat is tender and add the ghee, garam masala powder and fried onions.
