3 whole coconuts (approximately 750 grams)
2 cups coconut cream (480 mL)
2 cups sugar (400 g)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
ground cinnamon to taste
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
water

Wash the coconut pulp and remove the brown fibrous part.

Cut the coconuts to make blending easier.

Dissolve the sugar in enough water (approximately 6 liters) in a large container.

Add 1 liter of water to the dissolved sugar and then add 2 more liters of water.

Add the can of evaporated milk and the can of condensed milk to the mixture.

Add 2 cups of coconut cream and mix well, then set aside.

Blend the coconut pulp in batches, adding water to help blend.

Combine the blended coconut with the rest of the mixture and strain if desired.

Add a quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract to the mixture.

Mix thoroughly and add the reserved coconut water.
