Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

Measure 1/4 cup of white vinegar and pour it into a mason jar.

Add 1/4 cup of dijon mustard to the mason jar.

Pour in 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Add 1/4 cup of honey to the jar, noting that adding olive oil first makes it easier to pour the honey.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of pepper (optional).

Seal the mason jar with a lid and shake vigorously until well combined.

Serve the honey mustard vinaigrette over a salad, preferably a honey mustard chicken salad.
