150g sugar
3 pieces egg
3 pieces organic banana
210g cake flour
2g salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon juice
almond slices as needed (Optional)

Preheat the oven to 160ºC (320 °F).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mash the organic bananas and add to the mixture, stirring until combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the cake flour, salt, and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Add the lemon juice and mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased pan (27X19X5cm).

Bake in the preheated oven for around 58 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
