How To Make Roasted Butternut Squash

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and dice one large butternut squash, placing all of it into a large mixing bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the butternut squash and mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper, and 0.75 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients until all the butternut squash is coated in the seasoning.

Prepare a baking sheet with a little more oil or non-stick cooking spray.

Add the seasoned butternut squash on top of the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the butternut squash is tender.
