1000g 胡蘿蔔
200g 白糖
少量 水

削皮後切成大約1元硬幣的厚度,不要太薄,容易炒碎

全部倒鍋裡,放200g白糖,少放點水,開小火一直煮

5分鐘左右,胡蘿蔔開始出水,這時可以不用翻動,用小火一直煮

15分鐘左右,水分基本沒了,全是糖液,這時要一直貼著鍋底從下往上翻

25分鐘左右,鍋邊開始有糖的晶體出來了,繼續從下往上翻炒

35分鐘左右,胡蘿蔔片上開始掛霜,這時胡蘿蔔片是黏在一起的,繼續炒

40分鐘左右就裹滿了糖霜,出鍋冷涼即可
