Wash chicken and add oil to help seasonings stick.
Season chicken with all-purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, using 1 tbsp of each seasoning except for black pepper which is 0.5 tbsp.
Massage seasonings into chicken and marinate overnight in the fridge.
Prepare batter in a Ziploc bag with 2 cups of flour and half a tablespoon of each seasoning (all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, onion powder, paprika).
Shake the Ziploc bag to combine the flour and seasonings until the flour changes color slightly.
Remove chicken from the fridge and massage the marinade back into the chicken for 5 minutes.
Add chicken to the flour mixture in the Ziploc bag, zip it up, and shake to coat the chicken.
Place coated chicken on a wire rack and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Mix together Diana's barbecue sauce, Diana's honey garlic sauce (1 cup each), and a little ketchup with optional cayenne pepper for heat.
Heat vegetable oil for frying.
Fry chicken for 5 minutes on each side, then remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
Toss fried chicken in the prepared sauce until well coated.
Place sauced chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Broil on low for 3-5 minutes to make the sauce sticky.
