Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- 3Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
- 5While the crust is baking, season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
- 6Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 7Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 8Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into strips.
- 9Spread marinara sauce evenly over the partially baked pizza crust.
- 10Layer the sliced chicken over the sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- 11Add fresh basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes on top.
- 12Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 13Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- 14Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.

- 3Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- 4In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 5Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 7Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
