Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. 3Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. 5While the crust is baking, season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
  6. 6Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
