2 lbs cow foot
8 cups water
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable seasoning

Cut cow foot into small pieces and clean with vinegar.

Add cow foot into a pot of water.

Add all spices, vegetables, aromatics, and oil to the pot.
